Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Ex harassing my wife

My wifes Ex keeps threating to take her to court if she doesn't start meeting him halfway when he brings the children back from visitation. He also wants her to start helping to pay for visitation expenses. There is nothing in the divorce decree that says she has to do any of these things. He says he has talked to a lawyer and that he has a case. He has already succeded in getting the child support lowered, now this. Does he have a case or is he just blowing smoke? And can we file harrassment charges against him if he doesn't stop? Thank you.

Re: Ex harassing my wife

He should be responsible for transportation and visitation expenses unless he gets a court order to the contrary.
