Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Help me

Hey my name is Brittany i am 17 years old and my mom and dad have been split up sence i was 4. Well my dad is tryint to get me into trouble and get me sent off. I havent told my mom yet cause Im scared to. Well I want to get it where he cant come around me or call me. I dont know how to do that and I was hoping you woiuld help me. He never calles any more and when he does he yells at me and tells me that I need to straiten up. So please help me, I have no one ealse to go to. Thank You.

Being 17 you have a choice of whether or not you want to see your father. If you want to modify a visitation order you can contact your local Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court to learn how to do so.
