Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex and I have a history together and I was recently awarded full legal and physical custody of our children with him getting visitations with the exception his girlfriend is not allowed to be around our children. He now is pushing for the divorce more so he can remarry. Will this effect the visitation rule?

No, not likely, as long as the court continues to believe that such a prohibition

with respect to the girlfriend continues to be in the best interest of the children.
