Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Hi,

This is a very complex question that I hope can be answered. Is there a statue of limitations to establish paternity for a child from a father if a different man signs the birth certificate as the father at birth? This question is specific to Virginia.

No, I don't believe that there is such a statute in the Code of Virginia.
