Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
When our (hubby and I) lease ended in July 2011, I renewed the lease myself not including him ( he was there when the new lease 81/11 was signed) pending filing for a divorce. He refuses to pay anything for he and his son and I know he has $.
I want him out, he has an anger problem yells and breaks stuff. I want him gone. How can I do this? If there is a 30 day period can I change the locks and provide him limited access i.e. he has to leave the house when I leave?

Under the facts which you've described, only the landlord (and not you) would have the authority to have your husband
removed from the rental unit which you're currently leasing (in my opinion).
