My husband was arressted for molesting his own daughter he was giving 18 years, I am trying to get a divorce, he wants half of everything, can i go after him for back child support after he gets out of jail, even if a child support order has never been made?

No, a child support order must first have been in existence

in order for collectible arrearages to have accrued.
