My husband and i created our own separation agreement and had it notorized. i know he will not comply with the agreement. what steps do i take when he breaks the agreement?

Once the PSA (Property Settlement Agreement) becomes an order of the court, i.e., incorporated into your final decree of divorce, you could request that the

court issue what's called a Rule to Show Cause against your (ex)husband (as

to why he should not be found in contempt of court) if he's in violation

of the order.(This would likely require the services of an attorney since the action described would likely take place in the circuit court.)
