Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Me and my ex- husband have a custody agreement regarding our son. The agreement is that I have primary physical custody with him having visitation every other weekend. This agreement started in March and he has not had him at all. He has not had our son for a over-night visit in more then a year. Is there anyway that I can take him back to court to have this order revised?
