My husband was deported to mexico 3 years ago and I would like to get a divorce. But I do not know where he is. can i get one without his signiture? we were married for 5 years before seperating.

Yes, and if you cannot find a valid address for your your husband, you can file a petition with the court for leave to serve him notice of the divorce by publication in a local newspaper for a period of weeks in succession.
