More information is needed to fully answer this question, but if the house is considered marital property(meaning that both husband and wife

contributed to its purchase price and/or subsequent maintenance or improvement, then both would likely share in the sale proceeds of the house in proportion to each's contribution if it were sold as a result of the dissolution of the marriage.
