My husband and I are about to get a divorce. And he wants to take my children. I have sole custody of them now. Is there a way he can still go, and I keep my children?

Yes, of course, but you'll likely need to retain counsel

experienced in such matters to represent you in order

to have the best chance of your retaining sole

physical as well as legal custody of your children which otherwise

you'll probably end up sharing with him in some measure.
