Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I want to get divorce. He want I live the house to be separated for one year. He is in adultery but he denied it. I have some proves. I have a boy 4 years old. married 6 years. I am not working. I don't have money to pay a lawyer. He has his own business. I sing a pre-agreement that He took it and I don't have access. He want I accept his terms. My question is what I can do?. Can I lost my son because I am not working. He has all the rights because I sing the pre-agreement. I really don't know what to do.
