husband divorcing wife after 23 years of marriage
I am disabled and have been suffering with cancer
for the last 12 years. My husband who i love with
all my heart decided after our daughter got married
he didn't want to be married anyore. He has had
affairs and i believe he is again. We live in va. Can
he be granted a divorce and where does that leave
me how can i take care of myself. He left and
cleaned out the bank account. He now is ordered to
pay house payment and utilities the car insurance
and me alittle spousal surport. If i loose my health
insurance from his job i will die. What do i do.

If your husband is granted a divorce, an equitable division of the marital property accumulated during the 23 years of your marriage to him should occur along with some form of your current orders likely incorporated into the final decree.
