Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Me and my husband filed for a divorce but because we had a child involved we had to be separated for a year, which we have been. We have a legal separation for a "no fault" divorce. I have found out that im pregnant. Is there anything he can do as far as taking our daughter from me.
