my husband filed taxes married but seperated am i intitlied to any money from the refund if we didnt seperate til july 15

If your husband filed his 1040 or 1040(a) married but separated, you also must file yours in the same way, listing your own income, credits, deductions(itemized or standard as he listed his), etc., but it's unlikely that you would be able to successfully claim any entitledment to approximately one half of any refund which he may be due for the particular tax year at issue under the circumstances described.
