Ex husband left me

My ex husband after 8yr. together left me and our set of twins back in Jan. He is living with his girlfriend now and gets the twins on Saturday's and i get them back on Sunday's. My question is can i legally date/see someone else. Ex will not sign my seperation papers that me and my lawye has fixed. And also is there anything i can try to do to get him to sign papers.

Well, if your husband will not sign what I assume is the PSA(Property Settlement Agreement), then proceed with your divorce as if the matter was contested (and, perhaps, then he may have second thoughts).

As to the other matters, your lawyer should advise on these.
