Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and i got a legal agreement in January 2006, but 6 months after the agreement he moved back home and things resumed before we separated. are we still considered legally separated.

Very likely depends upon what this agreement has to say about the effect of

reconciliation upon the separation and whether you and your spouse may need to start all over again with "living separate and apart" for the required statutory period.
