Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I live in my home pre-marital/ he is emotionally and verbally abusive to me in front of the children i have had to seek shelter to get away from him and i recently obtained PO ansd want to extend it.I am in a shelter now . How can I get him out (evict) him?
