Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband who lives on the opposite coast came into town. No child custody has not been established, been seperated for 2 years. He is currently keeping the kids away from me. Telling me I can't pick them up. Is this true? how can I go about getting my kids home in time for school?

Depends where they are currently. You really need a lawyer for this. It is not something someone should handle on their own. Each state has its own laws. There are some states that follow uniform laws. Sheryl Shane, Attorney at Law. Web: www.sherylshanelaw.com.
