Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I have been living seperatly in our home for nearly a year, I am a stay at home mom with 1 child from a previous marriage and 1 from this marriage and I have a small home business which does not generate much income. In December my husband transferred all his earnings into his private account leaving me to survive on what money my business does generate. He will not move out of the family home and continues to tell me to move out. I have found accommodations can I take my children and move out? If I take my children with me can he do anything to me legally?

Yes, unlikely, but it sounds like he should be the one who

should move (and probably pay you some spousal and child support as well).
