Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My soon to be ex husband is asking for 1000$ a month in spousal support !! He also insists that I pay 30K for a credit card bill that his mother paid off for him. We make within a few hundred dollars of each other. He also took all of the savings account. I need an attorney, but I can not afford one. I make to much for legal aid but there is no way I can afford thousands in legal fees. Is there any programs that I may be able to get GOOD legal representation without putting myself in bankruptcy ??

I think you need to hire someone if you want good representation. You can take a loan out on house, charge on credit, line of credit, etc. There are not many lawyers with experience who will do it for free or cheaply.
