Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband is retired navy, he went into the navy in 1972 we got married in 1980 my husband met and started to date a girl and left me he gives me no money at all and he does pay for my tricare through the navy. if I divorce him what can I make him pay me and if we do get a divorce can I make him pay for my dental and medical out of his own pocket due to this is the way I'm use to living at for i think after we divorce he don't have to pay tricare for me anymore please help
