Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex husband has returned to the country illegally and we do not have any set up for custody. He doesn't have a job or anything so I know I can't get support. I'm more worried about him trying to drive my son around with no license and us not having an agreement. what can I do? I don't want him seeing our son without my approval first and I do not want him driving him around or picking him up without my approval. He comes by the house when I am not home. What can I do?

Tell him to get a court order for visitation and until he has one, don't bother

coming around or you will have to call the cops.
