Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband and i have been sepaerated for 2 years 8 months ago we got back to gather , not living together then one day i went by his house and caught him with 2 girls and a big box of condons on the dresser, for the 8 months we were seeing each other, he was giving me $200.00 a month when i caught him with the girls he said i am not giving you any more money there are no children, no legal seperation and no divorce is there any way i can get him to help me finincially also 6 months ago i found out i have a virus attacking my body medical bills my husband is self employed and does not file taxes he does own his own home is there any legal action i can take and win
