Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband and i have been separaed for over a year. 4 kids. custody and child support are kind of settled. got papers in the mail where he is filing for divorce and spousal support. i earn more money. not alot more but some but alot of my income is from overtime that i work. the overtime is on an as needed basis. will that count in the support. also he wants me to carry him on my insurance as he has ms and says that his preexisting condition keeps him from getting insurance at his job. he has had a sketchy job history and i have continually had to supprt him through his periods of unemployment and when he would decide to leave work early when he is working on a commission basis. his income should be 35000 this past year where mine would be around 40000. i continue to support the kids with 423 in child support we share joint custody of two that i take care of while he works. and he gets the older ones once a month. so basically im still supporting all the children.
