Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I are separated and we have joint legal custody and I have physical custody. A friend has a photography business and she put my daughters picture on her website. She asked my husband but not me? Is that legal?

Yes, I see no reason as to why two parental approvals would be required in a situation where parents share joint legal custody.
