Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

husband and i have been seperated for 3 years no children want a divorce, i can barely make ends met, as for my husband he has 3 or more girlfriends cause he does meth and they help, he always has over $1000. in his pocket his house is paid for, is there any legal way, or anything i $1.00 for help need this man out of my life please help in any way thanks
