Husband taking furniture out of house

My husband has moved in with his girlfriend and wants to take our tv & dresser. Can I change the locks and put his personal belongings outside?

Re: Husband taking furniture out of house

Sure, you could change the locks, but since presumably your husband has as much legal right to occupy the home as you presumably do, he could subsequently break down the doors in order to gain entrance to his home and if you summoned the police there's not a thing that they could do to him (for the act of breaking into his own home).
