Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband told me 2 weeks ago that he wants a divorce, I do not want it. He said he would do counseling, but changed his mind the next day. We just had our 1 year anniversary, I just need some advice on what to do. We still live together as well.

Go slow, and take no drastic decisions in this matter any time soon(within the next six months or so--at least)--would be my advice.
