Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband vebally abuses me, and sometimes phiscally, on a daily basis. I have two kids, I am severally depressed, and an alcholic. I have a DUI, and a demostic violence charge for hitting my husband in front of the cops. I want a divorce but still want my kids. What are my options?
