Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband and I woke up to find that his trunk on the back of his car was spray painted with the words fuck you on it . I am currently going back and forth to court with my ex husband for child support . I have full custody of my daughters and my ex is not allowed near us . We contacted the police and they were going to check things out , the writting on the car is similiar to my exs but without real proof what can be done ?

Without more definitive proof such as a video tape of your former husband's involvement in such activities, probably nothing at all will happen to him (in my opinion).
