individual name change due to divorce

If I was divorced in another state, (1) will it cost any money to legally change my name back to my maiden name if I have a copy of the divorce papers? (2) how would I go about doing this? (3) what other documents would I need to do this?

Go to the local Circuit Court and tell the clerk you want to change your name. They'll help you with the paperwork.
