Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

infidelity

If your spouse has an affair, admits it and it is verified by the ''other'' person, you are pretty much in the drivers seat should you decide to go to court aren't you. I am referring to custody of a minor. The only thing they have on you is that you have viewed adult web sites from time to time.
