need infomation

my daughter wants to move to VA to live with family members however, she is currently under the division of youth and family services with child being in foster care. she wants to know if it is possible to move, and to have her case and child transferred to VA with her.

All of these questions must be directed to the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services

who now have jurisdiction over her.

If your daughter now has a welcoming family home

environment waiting for her in Virginia, you should notify this agency up in New Jersey of this

fact.
