Inheritance and Community Property
If I were to receive an inheritance of real estate and/or money after getting married, would this be considered community property if the house is titled in my name and the bank accounts are in my name only?

Re: Inheritance and Community Property
If you keep the inheritance in an account in your name only AND the account has no marital assets in it (your earnings during the marriage are marital assets) then the inheritance remains separate property, not subject to division with your spouse in the event of a divorce.
