inheritance

I did not know that my kids where had inheritance and the exator of the will my ex-sister-in-law works at the pentagon and did not tell my kids when they where minors what legal ground do i have if she still works there, my ex declaired the kids on the taxes while i had custody of the kids and he lived in another state, my exsister-inlaw has 2 kids working at the pentagon.

I'm sorry but your question makes no sense at all. You have no rights in your children's inheritance regardless. Further it now sounds like they are adults. You don't identify who it is that died and possibly left them any money. If it was your ex-husband, if he died without a Will, his entire estate would go to his new wife as a matter of law in most states. If he had a Will that left property including money to minor children, he could have named his Wife as the executor of a children's trust. The executor may not be required to notify you or the children depending on the law of the state where the decedent was living at the time of his death. You need to contact a lawyer to look into this matter or at least explain it to you.
