Inheritance

I was to get Inheritance and at the time they lived in texas and did not know about it until much later, the exactor of the will was my ex-sister in law and did not tell me they had inheritance

You need to hire an attorney in the State where your relative or former relative died to review the court file and/or Will if there was one and determine what the status of the inheritance was/is and having determined that then to recover any funds possibly due you.

You don't say who this relative was or why you and your children should have inherited. A number of things could have happened that are quite legitimate and others that might not be.
