Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Inheritance

My wife and I have been apart for 1year. However, she refuses to sign the separation documents. Her father recently died and left her some money. I would like to know if I'm entitled to any of these funds and if so, how much?

Re: Inheritance

Why would you presume to make a claim at this juncture(having been separated for a year)to money

which your wife's deceased father may have passed along to her? (I assume that you already know that you were not included in your father-in-law's will as a named beneficiary.)
