I work at the pentagon, just found out that while i was the exactor for my grandmother' will, my brother did not give his kids the inheritance from his first wife, how much trouble can i get in if my ex sister in law come after me for the inheritance for the kids, this took place in 1992 and my grandmother died in texas

If I understand your question, and it's quite likely I do not, you are asking if you can get in trouble for not making up for your brother's misdeeds concerning his first wife's inheritance by giving his kids something from you grandmother's estate.

If that's the question, the answer is no; your brother's misdeeds are not your problem, and your grandmother's estate is a separate entity from the estate of your brother's first wife.
