Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

My husband abandoned me for another woman. Since his abandonment, she has caused me to have an enourmous amount of emotional distress, like taking warrents for me and having me arrested for things said between me and him about her and that sort. I have suffered a mild heart attack as a result of all the stress. Both my children and I are in counseling and she is still doing spiteful things to to me and it seems as though I can get no relief from the legal system. The alienation of affection law is not valid in VA, so I have no hopes there, is there any thing else I can do?

Re: Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

No, probably not, (assuming that this female harrier has not yet started stalking you, which would be a criminal act for which she could be prosecuted).
