International Divorce
I m from India and have a GC for 2 years and seperated since 5 months in VA, if i go back to India can i still get a divorce from my wife there? which country law will apply to my divorce in my case? whats the procedure?

Yes, if you return to India with the dissolution of your marriage still uncompleted, you could certainly initiate divorce proceedings in that country and the domestic relations laws of India would, of course, be applicable to your divorce.
