am i going to jail for bigamy?

i have committed bigamy and i hav not told anyone but now my ''ex'' husband wants to get remarried and wants our divorce papers which do not exsist he has my 2 children what should i do ive never committed any crimes in my life not even receieved a speeding tickt. Pleas help me i dont want to go to jail.
