Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Hi my ex and i have joint custody and share her equally. im moving 60 miles further away but nothing will change as far as travel but 5 mins more. im goning to meet them half way. do i need to contact the courts and if so how? also she is 2 and i know he will have a problemwithher going to school where im going to be living at but i think we should deal with that when the time comes. what is your opinion?

If you were divorced in Virginia I'm pretty sure the final order of divorce requires you to notify the court as well as your ex of any change of address.

I agree that wrangling about the schooling is premature.
