What can i do?
I have joint custody of my son but my my ex has physical custody. This summer i asked my ex that i can watch him for the whole summer because i work from home and asked him if he can help me pay for our son expenses only 200 a month (instead of paying summer school) like i've been helping him pay for my son's before and after school while he was in school. He said no and he asked his friend's wife to watch my son for the summer who she already has two young babies. What can i do to have my son because i'm capable to watch him instead of someone else. (i don't care about he pays me but i think he should responsible for my son too like i've been doing for the past two years)

It is likely a court would prefer you to your son's step mother as a summer custodian. Of course, if your son is a teenager, his preference in the matter may hold some weight with a judge.

You could file a motion with the court having jurisdiction over the matter, asking that you be awarded extended visitation with your son during these months of summer.
