Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have joint custody of my 15 year old daughter and I pick her up at her father's house every other week, and there are times when I have to pick up her medication. Her step mother does want me near the house and has filed trespassing charges so I cannot even pull up in the driveway, I have to park out in the street to pick up my daughter, rain or snow. Is that legal and can she really do this?
