I am joint owner of our marital home. I have been locked out. Locks changed. I am assuming he is filing for a divorce. He has an attorney. Wbat am I entitled too. We have been married 7 years. Together 15

As a co-owner, you have an equal right to be in the marital residence, so can break a window to get in or get a locksmith to let you in. By changing the locks he has constructively abandoned you, and you have the right to file for divorce and ask for exclusive use of the marital residence.
