Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

A judge put in the Custody paperwork there would be no overnights with a paramour. Now my ex-husband is threatening to take me back to court to have this removed. He has had numerous girlfriends over the past couple years as well as had overnights. This was the reason the judge put it in the court order. He\'s claiming he now has a steady girlfriend but doesn\'t want to get married just to have overnights. He claims I am hurting my children because of what the judge did. The kids are upset they can\'t take \'nice\' vacations with their dad and his girlfriend. I just want to know what a judge might do in this situation if he does petition the court to the \'no overnights with paramours\' removed?

Unlikely(in my opinion) that this provision would be removed from the custody order.
