Have 1 child with ex boyfriend and just had a child with live in boyfriend. Can I live with current boyfriend and his baby legally without ex boyfriend accusing co habitation with his child?

If the ex boyfriend were to sue for custody of his child, your current living arrangement with another boyfriend and another child could be one factor which the court might have to consider in determining what is in the best interests of the subject child.
