keeping my children

my x girl friend is leaving the state of va. and moving to Tn. without giving me written notice 30 days in advance. i motioned the court for a change in custody. she is planning to leave before the hearing. kids are w me right now , can i hold the kids until i get a hearing?

Ask for an emergency hearing to put the matter before the court before she leaves the state.
