Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have two kids minor kids who are american citizens born to Indian parents. we have recently separated got child custody and property settlement signed, but divorce is not finalized yet. I had a very abusive relationship was not able to prove it in court. My ex is taking revenge on me in various ways though we are seperated, not cooperating with kids activities and other things. I am not able to handle these tensions from my ex husband and work. If i take the kids back to india permenatly , will i have issues with the american court laws. please help me out, will I be able to fight in american courts.

Yes, you will very definitely "have issues with the american court laws"

if you remove your children to India in violation of the order(s) from the

American court involved.

You would be well advised to hire an attorney if by now you haven't

already hired one to represent you in the custody and property settlement

matters which you seem to indicate have already been finalized---which would be a little hard to believe if in fact that is the case.
